ELOHIM EDUCATIONAL AND RELIGIOUS CHARITABLE TRUST, CHENNAI was founder by the vision to Mr. R. Immanuel Arulraj. In the Year 2004 with the help of my friends pastor Daniel james and Pastor Charistudoss jointly worked for the people in the kadapakkam and alambarai village Near Pondicherry, which has been affected by the natural disaster called TSUNAMI on 26th December 2004 in the world. ELOHIM have done the immediate help and guidance to these people with the self and friends support at the maximum level. It was the great effort and new experience to all to us. It was great success and the project was completed to the satisfaction.
ELOHIM have seen the people and children who are the victims and lost almost everything for their future development. it also left with the mental, psychological and physical stress in their life. ELOHIM have done the immediate help and guidance to these people with the self and friends support to the maximum level. It was the great effort and new experience to all of us. In the Year Elohim Educational & Religious Charitable Trust (ELOHIM) has beenregistered to support the Rural Destitute, implement rural Development & Also to work for the Mentally Retarded Development Projects. ELOHIM worked on uplift the society from the poverty to the self-help scheme. ELOHIM had a vision to start a special school and Vocational training Center fo the Mentally Retarded and Learing Disabilities below 60% Disability.
In the year 2005 a new project for the development of the children with disabilities specially with the Mentally Retarded(MR) and learing Disabilities was started. As a result we have started the BETHEL INSTITUTE OF BASIC LEVEL EDUCATION (BIBLE) a Special School and Vocational Training Center.
The Location on the Project is #8, 8th East Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Vellore 632 006. Tamil Nadu, India. Vellore district of TamilNadu. By the grace of God it has been developed with 40 children and 7 staff including Occumpational Therapist, Speech therapist, Physiotherapist, Vocational Trainer and special Educatior with well trained and experienced especially for the MR Children.
The BETHEL Institute is a day care center giving them the best education and therapy. These children are provided with food, cloths, shelter, and education for at least 10 years. These are sponsored, supported and gunded by local donors and friends.
